Leadership Development
Leadership Development is a multi-day session for up to 15 participants that allows each individual to assess their current status and create a plan for future development. It is recommended that the session be three days at a minimum.

A number of assessments are used to evaluate the individual's capability. The assessments that are used are determined through discussion with the client. In all cases, there are at least three to four assessments that allow feedback for use in the session.

There are a number of items required for pre-work that allow the individual to prepare for the session. This also allows a considerable time savings for the class.

The sessions are highly interactive. A number of learning methods are used, including small and large group discussions, interactive exercises, case studies, video scenarios, briefings, etc.

The Leadership/Management Model developed by Robert Quinn is at the heart of the session. It introduces eight roles that leaders must embrace to be effective. This model relates to some of the assessments and provides the individual significant feedback on their style and what they need to do to be more effective.

A Work Environment Profile allows the participant to "let their job talk" and then provides opportunities to match this job to the Quinn model.

Follow-up coaching is an option that can further enhance the development process. If used, the plan is introduced during the session.

Pricing is tailored to your specific group or organization. Call today to receive a proposal.
