City of Ft. Worth
The City of Fort Worth used Ken Bratz Consulting to initiate their Total Quality program for all 5,000 employees. Seen as a long-term commitment, the City realized that change would not come quickly. The ultimate target was to completely change its corporate culture; to become more entrepreneurial, more productive and more creative.
With this overarching vision in place, the program was initiated with thr ee goals in mind:
1. Improve customer service
2. Improve employee morale
3. Improve productivity
Success was met in all three goals.
