M.D. Anderson
When Laura Espinosa was hired to head up the Critical Care Unit at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center she needed a way to increase communication between two hundred doctors and nurses. Ken Bratz Consulting assisted in the clarification of a Strategic Plan, the resolution of issues, and through an experiential event, all employees developed a new way to communicate. Follow-up sessions in small groups with a facilitator helped reinforce the new ground rules and generate ideas for increasing the level of service to the customer.
